چکیده

Purpose
Several studies suggest that the relation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). EBV HL associations are reported at rates ranging from 20% to 100% varies nationally regionally. In this study; in case Hodgkin's lymphoma, presence encoded RNA (EBER) by situ hybridization method it’s distribution according histopathological subtypes were investigated.
 Methods
We investigated Lymphoma diagnosed 107 adult cases between 2013 2017, which chromogenic with probe has been routine use evaluated retrospectively pathology reports.
 Results
There 69 males 38. Nodular Sclerosis Classical (NSCHL) was most common (63 cases, 58,9%) followed Mixed Cellularity (MCCHL) (23 cases,21,5%). expressed 40 (45,4%). High association found NSCHL (50%) MCCHL (48%). None NLPHL positive EBER. Conclusion
our series is histologic subtype higher percentages positivity as developed countries. Our study largest patients investigating relationship EBER country. For further comments more studies, particularly Turkey, needed determine actual epidemiological pattern region define role HL.

Hodgkin Lymphoma and Anaplastic Variants of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Background and Objectives: Classic Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL), anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and some cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) have overlapping morphologic features. Since they all represent distinct clinico-pathologic entities, we explored the differential diagnostic impact of immunophenotyping to discriminate between them. Materials and Methods:...

Treatment of Newly Diagnosed and Relapsed Hodgkin Lymphoma in Children

Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) accounts for about 10% of all childhood cancers. Five-year survival rates with modern therapies are now approaching >90-95% as a consequence of its significant sensitivity to both chemotherapy and radiation. The current challenge is to determine how much therapy is needed to improve survival and how to adapt treatment to the patient to prevent these long term toxicities. T...
